Connect Gmail to Cominty so your agents can search the thread, find the figure somebody sent in March, and draft the answer — without anyone forwarding a mailbox around. Every answer carries the message it came from, so a reader can open the original rather than trust a summary, and every call runs under the signed-in user’s own Google permissions.
What people use it for
Find what a thread actually decided
Ask across a long thread and get the decision, the number and the date, each linked back to the message it came from.
Summarise the week’s mail
One digest of what arrived, what is still unanswered, and what a colleague is waiting on.
Draft and send replies
The agent writes in the thread it read, and sends only what a human approved when your policy asks for approval.
Forward with the context attached
Hand a thread to the right person with the summary already written on top of it.
Prepare for the meeting
Everything the attendees have written to each other since the last one, in the order it happened.
What Gmail is asked for
Cominty asks for the narrowest scopes that let an agent do the work above, and asks the person whose mailbox it is — not an administrator on their behalf.
- Read messages and threads
- To search the mailbox and quote the message an answer came from.
- Compose and send mail
- To draft a reply in the thread it read, and send it once it is approved.
- Read labels and metadata
- To tell an archived thread from a live one, and to keep replies in the right conversation.
What we keep
Nothing is copied into a training set, and nothing leaves the region you run in. Content is fetched for the request that asked for it, held only as long as that run needs it, and dropped when the run ends — what remains is the audit record: who asked, which tool answered, and when. Access is your user’s own: the connector can never reach a mailbox, file or calendar that the signed-in person cannot open themselves, and revoking Cominty in your Google account ends it immediately.
